AC-DC UPS series provides up to 300W DC output
Powersolve announces the PFD Series, a “no break” power system designed to provide constant DC power without interruption. These 19in rack mount units are available with either 12, 24 or 48VDC from an input voltage of 180 to 264VAC (50/60Hz) They can be used as both a power supply and a charging device. Models in the PFD Series are available with either 150 Watts or 300Watts output power.
Batteries are external and a 2U battery rack can also be provided if required. Battery capacity depends on output load power required and length of hold up time in the event of a power failure. Every unit incorporates an intelligent interface which allows the user to
monitor the battery condition, input power condition and load status via an LED-based front panel display. Monitoring is achieved via dry contacts, RS232, USB and the optional SNMP Card.
Models in the PFD Series meet the requirements of EN60950, measure 1U x 19in x 250mm deep and weigh 3.5kg (150W) and 4.5kg (300W). This product is ideal for any application where battery back up is required in the event of an AC power failure.
