75V MOSFETs offer ultra-low on-state resistance
Designed for demanding industrial applications, 75V versions of the StrongIRFET power MOSFET has been released by International Rectifier. For improved performance in low frequency applications, the devices feature ultra-low Rds(on). The MOSFETs are also provided with a very high-current carrying capability, a soft body diode and 3V typical threshold voltage to improve noise immunity.
The StrongIRFET power MOSFETs are suitable for industrial applications such as power tools, light EV inverters, DC motor drives, Li-Ion battery pack protection, hot-swap and switched mode power supply secondary-side synchronous rectification.
Providing a robust solution for demanding industrial applications, the StrongIRFET power MOSFETs are 100% avalanche tested at the industry's highest avalanche current levels.
The devices are available now and offered in through-hole packages.
