The well established product Transipillar is newly available on the SCHURTER website. Various combinations of studs, inserts, metric threads and lengths allow a very versatile use of these spacers.
The Transipillars, consisting of studs and inserts molded in a nylon body, are known for providing a rugged insulating mounting system. The parts are available as stud-stud version, stud-insert or insert-insert combinations in cylindrical or hexagonal form.

The combination of various lengths and metric threads allows the SCHURTER spacers to be used flexibly: The Transipillars are suitable for providing a versatile rugged insulator for multistage PCB separation, for chassis mounting of drives and motors or for any general electromechanical application. Customized versions are available on request.

Technical features:
- Material: studs of galvanized steel, inserts of brass, body of nylon 66
- Withstand voltage > 11k VDC
- Insulation resistance > 10,000 MΩ @ 500 VDC (min. thickness 1 mm)
- Operating temperature -20 ° C to +80 ° C
- High mechanical strength
