CISSOID has announced a suite of logic products, the CMT-74XX, which sustain a temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. These products extend CISSOID’s CMT line of High Temperature IC’s in plastic package.
The CMT-74XX logic products operate reliably within specifications up to a continuous temperature of +175°C. It is composed of a quad 2-input NAND, a hex inverter, a quad 2-input OR, a quad 2-input AND, a quad 2-input NOR, a Dual D-type flip-flop with set and reset, and a quad 2-input XOR. All devices are packaged in Plastic SOIC16W to fit market demand for small form factors in high temperature applications.

The CMT-74 series target automotive, oil & gas, aeronautics and Industrial markets. All components can work between 3.3V and 5V power supply over the complete temperature range with input and output CMOS compatibility.

The CMT product line was introduced in February by CISSOID to fill the temperature and cost gaps between usual semiconductor components and CISSOID’s CHT line (-55°C to +225°C). CISSOID’s family ‘GALAXY’ of logic products, which included a full suite of logic products in CHT version (-55°C to +225°C), now extends to their CMT versions as well.

After CISSOID’s CMT-555 timer, the CMT-74XX logic series is the next step in CISSOID’s roadmap of plastic package products. More products are expected to be announced in the near future.

CMT-74XX products are available immediately in Plastic SOIC16W packages for sampling and evaluation; pricing for CMT-74XX starts at €9.50 up to 200 units. For more information, visit www.cissoid.com or contact the company’s representatives.
