Chomerics Europe, a division of Parker Hannifin, has introduced a new conductive grease for use in both static and dynamic applications where good electrical contact is required between mating metallic surfaces. CHO-LUBE® E117 combines electrical conductivity (resistivity of less than 40 mΩ /cm), with lubrication, shielding, corrosion protection and heat dissipation in a single component compound that requires no cure cycle and has shelf life of two years.
CHO-LUBE E117 is a self-levelling, low viscosity silicone based material with a silver / nickel filler plus other exclusive additives. Developed for high life expectancy applications in harsh environments, the new material is ideal for demanding military and aerospace uses. Because of its tuned viscosity and excellent surface wetting properties, the material can also be utilised to provide flange protection.

Suitable for application by screening, stencilling, dispensing, or simply using a spatula, CHO-LUBE E117 is easy to use. Operating temperature range is -55 °C to +200 °C.
