Extended range of ultra capacitors to include 3,000 Farad
An extended range of Ultra Capacitors to include 3,000 Farad has been announed by Vinatech. This hi density technology has enabled range expansion to 3,000 Farad from previous high capacitance range of 0.75 Farad to 900 Farad in EDLC and Hybrid P-EDLC.
This extended range, having the lowest ESR available, supports the demanding needs of the Regenerative and Solar markets along with Electric and Hybrid vehicles, with a minimum of 1,000,000 cycles. Vinatech production boasts the largest production capability in this field and has recently achieved TS1949 accreditation.
The new range is available in stud mount and solder mount options includes:
650 Farad to 3,000 Farad
Wide temperature range -40c to +65c
Small outline of 60mm~51mm (650F) to 60mmx 138mm (3000F)
