Highly sensitive and low cost with bifurcated contacts, the J104D Series general purpose relay is available from CIT Relay & Switch.

The contact arrangement of the relay is 2C DPDT, with a contact rating of 2A@ 24VDC and 1A@120VAC. Featuring a contact resistance of less than 50mΩ, the contact material is AgNi + Au Clad. The tested electrical life of the J104D Series is 100k cycles with a mechanical life of 10M cycles.

The dielectric strength is 1000Vrms minimum coil to contact and 500Vrms minimum contact to contact. The relays have an Insulation resistance of 100MΩ minimum at 500VDC, and a shock resistance of 100m/s2 for 11ms. The vibration resistance is 1.5mm double amplitude 10~40Hz. Operating and storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C, with the solderability at 260°C for 5s. The series are available at a weight of 5g.

The J104D Series relay is suitable for use in telecom, security and audio pojects. Pricing ranges from $0.39 dependent upon options and volume.
