VCO operates from 4124 to 4238MHz
Operating from 4124 to 4238MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1-16V, the CVCO55CC-4124-4238 VCO has been released by Crystek. Providing high linearity, the device features a typical phase noise of -106dBc/Hz at 10KHz. The VCO features a typical output power of +5dBm, an input voltage of 8V and a maximum current consumption of 30mA.
While pulling and pushing are minimised to 2.5MHz and 1MHz/V, respectively, second harmonic suppression is typically -20dBc. Offered in the industry-standard 0.5x0.5” SMD package, the CVCO55CC-4124-4238 is suitable for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
