A VCO, which operates from 5685 to 5780MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.7V, has been released by Crystek. Featuring a typical phase noise of -102dBc/Hz at 10KHz, the CVCO55CXT-5685-5780 provides outstanding linearity. Output power is typically +0dBm.
Input voltage is 5V, with a typical current consumption of 25mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.5MHz and 1.5MHz/V, respectively, while second harmonic suppression is typically -30dBc.
Offered in an industry-standard 12.70x12.70mm SMD package, the CVCO55CXT-5685-5780 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcomm systems and base stations.
