Our newest OXCO, the OX200-SC is our most quiet, accurate and stable 10.0 MHz OCXO. The OX200-SC is designed for use in applications such as IP Backhaul using IEEE1588 PTP Master Clock that requires very high frequency stability, very tight initial calibration and very low aging. These specifications may eliminate or greatly extend the time for initial or periodic re-calibration.
The OX-200-SC is a 10.0 MHz, 12 Vdc, ovenized third overtone SC Cut crystal oscillator with Electronic Frequency Control in a CO-8 package. Its frequency stability is ±1.5 ppb within the temperature range of 0°to °70C. Frequency calibration is guaranteed to be less than ±25 ppb with EFC set to 2.5V. EFC can vary the frequency ±0.2 ppm over 0-4V.

Aging is specified to be less than 0.2 ppb/day after 30 days and 60 ppb total after 5 years. Frequency tolerance for five years is guaranteed to be less than 0.1 ppm. Stability over 5% voltage or load variations is less than ±0.3 ppb.

The output is a 10 MHz LVCMOS output. Typical phase noise levels are -85 dBc/Hz @ 1 Hz, -115 dBc/Hz @ 10 Hz, -135 dBc/Hz @ 100 Hz, -145 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz, and -150 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz.

The OX200-SC is housed in a standard 5-pin hermetically sealed “Euro” CO8 package with a 13.46mm height, 36mm length and 27mm width. The OH200 is RoHS compliant and lead free.
