Oscillators withstand shocks up to 8,000g for 0.5ms
Withstanding shock levels of up to 8,000g for 0.5ms, ½ sine, a series of very high shock survivability oscillators has been introduced by IQD Frequency Products. The SQXO-2ATHG oscillators are suited for underground boring tools, down hole instrumentation and avionics applications including flight recorder equipment and on-board computers.
Available for frequencies from 32.768kHz up to 50MHz, the SQXO-2ATHG devices operate from a 3.3 or 5V supply and feature a CMOS output and a start up time of under 5ms. Offering current consumption as low as 3.0mA, the oscillators are also suited for applications in remote locations where easy access is not always possible.
The RoHS compliant SQXO-2ATHG oscillators are supplied in a TO-39 package, in a tray as standard. Variants are available which operate up to 200°C.
