FC Lane Electronics is exhibiting at DSEI 2015, the Defence Systems & Equipment International exhibition held at London’s ExCeL exhibition centre, 15th to 18th September. DSEi provides a major focus on the technologies and systems required by the defence, security and military aerospace communities and the organisers expect almost 1500 exhibitors to showcase their products and services at this year’s event.

FC Lane Electronics will highlight its high performance connector capability. According to Simon Hammerton, Managing Director, Lane will bring together connectors and connector systems from several of its key suppliers including Souriau, HUBER+SUHNER, Weald Electronics and Positronic. As a result, visitors to the Lane exhibit (Stand S4-257) will be able to see several ranges of circular connectors including signal and power types that meet the requirements of MIL-C-5015, MIL-C-26482 and MIL-DTL-38999.

“As a Souriau distributor, we will also be demonstrating the outstanding micro38999 connector system which provides the same 38999 capability in a smaller and lighter format," said Hammerton. “From our sister Lodge Group company Weald Electronics we will be showing several circular connector ranges including the bayonet locking LMH series designed to perform to MIL-C-26482.”

LMH connectors are designed specifically to meet the requirements of MIL-C-26482 Series 1 and Patt 105 andhave also been approved to IECQ-CECC spec BS/CECC 75201-003 and BS 9522 F0017. Lane can supply LMH connectors from stock in a variety of shell sizes and styles as well as several contact arrangements. Maximum current rating is 45A and peak working voltages can be as high as 1500V.

As well as these circular connector systems, Lane Electronics will be highlighting HUBER+SUHNER’s extensive RF communications and test and measurement products as well as rack and panel and D-Subminiature connectors from Positronic.
