The TBS2000 oscilloscope which features the longest record length and largest display in its class for faster signal evaluation and troubleshooting will be centre stage on the Tektronix stand at electronica in Munich (November 8-11). It puts expanded capabilities into the hands of budget-constrained design engineers and educators who can now use a wide range of Tektronix probes to prototype, debug, validate and troubleshoot new product designs.

Also on parade is the new modular and fully integrated Keithley4200A-SCS parameter analyser for faster and easier characterisation. The system provides fast insight into semiconductor devices, materials and processes and reliable test results.

Featuring a new graphical user interface, a range of helpful self-learning tools, embedded measurement expertise and IV/CV switch module, the system reduces characterisation complexity and simplifies test setup. The result is up to 50 percent reduction in test setup times and significantly easier and more intuitive operation.

The IsoVu optically isolated measurement system combines 1 GHz bandwidth and a wide common mode range with superior common mode rejection to make previously hidden signals visible.

The IsoVu platform uses an electro-optic sensor to convert input signals to optical modulation. A critical advantage this technology offers for designers, such as those working on power devices involving GaN and SiC technologies, is superior common mode rejection.

It makes signals previously buried in common mode noise visible for the first time.
