electronica 2016: Distributor plans World of Electronics theme

A "World of Electronics” is the theme for Farnell element14’s display at this year’s electronica exhibition in Munich (November 8-11). It will showcase the products, tools and solutions that empower people and businesses to shape the future. Visitors to the stand will be taken on a journey through the “World of Electronics” where Farnell element14 will present itself as The Development Distributor.

The stand will feature Farnell element14’s expert Design & Manufacturing services, world-class Product Portfolio, powerful Test & Measurement solutions and leading Education & Maker initiatives, highlighting why it is the go-to partner for engineering customers worldwide.

Makers, educators, design engineers, purchasers or those specialising in repair and maintenance will be able to learn about the latest technology from leading suppliers and the support and education services offered by the distributor

Visitors will have the chance to learn to code, test their reactions in the Hit the Pi! Challenge, and win the latest Single Board Computers and Development Kits. There is also the opportunity to win 1 of 3 brand new 3D printers from Robox (RBX01 – BK) and a TBS2000 Oscilloscope from Tektronix or Weller’s new WTHA1 Hot Air Soldering Station.

On the stand, Farnell’s Technology and Product “Guides” will take you on your journey through the “World of Electronics”, as well as experts from element14’s team, who will be on hand explain the various technologies on display.
