At PCIM Europe, Tech Power Electronics will show its extensive range of products which includes two new products lines: the Switchy DC/DC converters and the Era Power LED drivers.

Switchy DC/DC converter

Designed for industrial applications, Tech Power Electronics offers these highly-reliable low power DC/DC converters rated for 0.3 to 30W output power. Regulated or unregulated, isolated up to 3kVDC, Switchy DC/DC converters are available in six package types, in single, dual or triple output.

Era Power LED drivers

Designed for any type of LED Lighting, Tech Power Electronics offers indoor and outdoor LED drivers. The indoor LED drivers are supplied in constant current versions with a power range from 10 to 50W and a dimmable option. They feature active PFC function and all-round protection. The outdoor series is offered in constant current or constant voltage versions with 4 in 1 dimming options (Potentiometer, PWM, 0-10V & timing). They range from 30 to 200W and also feature active PFC function and all-round protection.

On Tech Power Electronic’s booth, visitors will have the opportunity as well to see additional power electronic products such as:

  • Switchy electronic transformer - a compact, energy-efficient AC/DC low-power converter which operates from a universal input of 85 to 265VAC (305VAC available on request) or 120 to 370VDC for standard models from 2 to 15W. Highly-efficient up to 85%, they offer single or dual output voltage up to 24V and can operate from -25 to +85°C. Three specific models are available: 4W high voltage with an input of 185-530VAC, 5W medical which is 2xMOPP medical protection grade and can be operated from -25 to +85°C or (-40°C available on request), 5W super compact which measures just 32.5x27.8mm and can be operated from -25 to +85°C or (-40°C available on request).
  • Era transformers - 50-60Hz encapsulated transformers
  • Nanocrystalline common mode chokes - particularly suitable for severe technical constraints for which size, temperature and weight are critical parameters. Compared to ferrite CMC, they are lighter, smaller and feature higher permeability, lower current losses and a wider operating temperature range.
  • Storage chokes.
  • High frequency transformers.
  • 50/60Hz transformers (toroidal – with terminals).
  • Current sensors.
  • Hall Effect sensors.
