Single Row Vandal-Proof Keypads from Lorlin

Lorlin Electronics has announced the latest additions to its KP range of vandal proof metal keypads. The new models provide simpler switching options to complement the existing 12 and 16 button keypads. Customers may now specify single row keypads with 1, 2, 3 or 4 pushbuttons. Maintaining the secure and rugged build qualities of the larger models these attractive metal keypads may be used for security switching or access control in public and industrial environments, environmental control and service access.
Keypads may be specified with 1, 2 3or 4 buttons and are can be front or rear mounted on to a flat surface. The keys are available as back lit by LED’s with a colour choice of blue, red, green, white or yellow, have a large clear character type style on the button faces and there is a choice of casing and button colours. Non-illuminated versions are also available.

All Lorlin KP keypads are manufactured from strong die cast zinc, powder coated and feature a vandal proof anti-pull key design. Colours available include matt black, brushed chrome and matt grey. The complete keypad is IP rated for weather, water and dust resistance. The switch contacts are rated at 24VDC @ 20mA and are reliability tested to 2,000,000 cycles per key. Electrical connection is to a 2.5 mm pitch PCB terminal header, and the keypad is RoHS and CE compliant. Operating temperature range of the keypad is –40°C to +80°C and it is impact resistant to IK 07.
