Digital signage player detects environment brightness levels

A digital signage display, suitable for digital signage solutions, has been released by Axiomtek. The OFP321 is a 31.5" OPS standards based display, with a 1920x1080px panel and 3000:1 contrastThe built-in backlight and external brightness sensor is able to detect environment brightness levels to adjust LCD colour and backlight to maintain optimal performance.

An optional motion detection sensor, which allows backlighting to be switched on in response to foot traffic, is also available with the OFP321.

The digital signage display, which offers 24/7 non-stop operation and can be mounted with VESA mount, connects to OPS-compliant digital signage players via a JAE TX-25 plug connector. Compliant players with multiple I/O connections include OPS885, OPS882-HM, OPS880-HM, OPS880 and OPS871-HM.
