A 9,0 TX23D38VM0CAA TFT display module with a display resolution of 800 x 480 pixels (WVGA). Key features of the new TX23D38VM0CAA are a long lifetime (70k hours), high brightness LED backlight, onboard LED controller, integrated LVDS interface , and a highly impressive 800:1 contrast ratio.
A stThe operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C of the TX23D38VM0CAA is ideally suited for embedded industrial applications which require accurate image reproduction and highly consistent optical performance
