Management software services, designed by Advantech, have been updated for IoT use. Now featuring a Console-Server-Agent web-based structure, HW/SW monitoring, a map-view interface and built-in solutions, SUSIAccess 3.0 meets the demand for software services which manage and maintain a number of devices.

With the Console-Server-Agent web-based structure, administrators can now perform equipment status and maintenance checks on SUSIAccess 3.0 console through an internet browser at any time, from anywhere, using any connected device. As well as this, the Server-Agent now supports the MQTT communication protocol, improving connection security and stability and decreasing development time for SUSIAccess integration.

SUSIAccess now also has a software monitoring function to oversee program status. Active alerts are sent out if any abnormalities are observed, and SUSIAccess executes related actions according to user settings, such stopping or restarting processes, which further ensure normal device operation.

To help administrators locate and manage their devices more easily, SUSIAccess 3.0 provides map-view interface and leverages Google and Baidu maps. As well as this, the software services provide building diagrams to help pinpoint device locations in offices and factories.
