Spectrum CNC Technologies offers FREE CNC Editor software
Spectrum CNC Technologies has announced that for a limited time customers will receive a stand-alone version of the new and improved Multi-DNC Editor, Backplotter and File Compare software, FREE with each new Multi-DNC license, hardware purchase or renewed Software Maintenance Agreement.
The software includes the same CNC editing and viewing features integrated within the Multi-DNC package, only for a stand-alone PC. This way customers can edit, view and manage CNC files offline, while production continues online with Multi-DNC.
“Multi-DNC solutions are all about networking, bi-directional communications and reporting for improved efficiency and better shop management,” said Toni Novak, President, Spectrum CNC Technologies. “Our customers love our stand-alone CNC Editor software, which we have always viewed as an added off-line benefit to our production oriented solutions. So for a limited time we have decided to include it with all of our solutions.”
Multi-DNC solutions centre on its WiBox, a wired/wireless device server that enables customers to connect all of their shop floor CNC Machines using IEEE 802.11b/g networks quickly and easily. WiBox features true integration of Multi-DNC software coupled with state-of-the-art communication hardware.
Multi-MDC/Monitoring is a browser based real-time machine monitoring system that automatically collects machine output data to an MS-SQL database. Real time dashboards and production reports display shop floor manufacturing data including OEE, utilisation, cycle vs. downtime, alarms, spindle, tool usage, idle, setup, teardown, and machine downtime reasons.
