The latest version of this design tool from Jetter AG makes it possible to simulate operating masks and events on the screen. Since the visualization designer cannot always access a piece of hardware in order to view and test the operating and soft key masks, the latest version 3.3 of the design tool for ISO-compliant masks - the ISO-Designer - now enables simulation directly on screen.
The selected format of the operating mask is displayed, giving the user an idea as to how the graphics will look on the display in the future. Events, too, that are initiated via soft keys or even dynamic objects can be simulated and tested.

Other functions, which also serve to make the developer's life easier, were implemented in the new version. For example, lines, polylines and polynomials as well as x and y coordinates, which can be directly edited and expanded, are specified as characteristics for the objects. Now, when the user moves the mouse over the mask, the underlying color value of the object is displayed in RGB notation in the status line. Another new feature providing additional convenience is that several images can be selected together and inserted into one mask.
