Transonics launch 1 Gigabit NAND Flash Memory - 3.3V, 48-pin, TSOP1 configuration
Transonics has announced the availability of a new 1 Gigabit NAND Flash Memory chip from EON Silicon Solutions. This is the first NAND flash product from EON and is available in a "thin small-outline package" (TSOP) as the EN27LN1G08-25TIP and a "ball grid array" (BGA) version EN27LN1G08-25CEIP for greater board density and high speed applications

Transonics Offer Customers Free Device Programming
