Magna-Power has today revealed the opening of its first international sales office, Magna-Power Electronics GmbH, outside Munich, Germany. The new sales office will foster the growing Magna-Power Electronics presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Eastern European countries. Furthermore, it solidifies the company's commitment to local service and support for Europe.
Magna-Power Electronics has released its next generation product line featuring major performance upgrades. The new generation, spanning every product model from 2 kW to 2000 kW+, addresses a wide-range of new demanding application requirements.
Magna-Power Electronics, a leader in high-power programmable DC power supplies, released their MT Series V power supply with a new, high power 250 kW module. This new fifth generation product now includes 65 models spread across independent 100 kW, 150 kW, and 250 kW modules, scalable into the megawatts through paralleling, with voltages from 16 Vdc to 4000 Vdc and currents from 24 Adc to 24000 Adc. The MT Series V features Magna-Power Electronics' signature current-fed power processing, delivering additional power processing stages for increased system protection under abusive loads.
Magna-Power Electronics, a world leader in high-power programmable dc power supplies, released their new high slew rate output option, which meets the demands of fast-performance dc applications. The option, available on the company's entire product line from 2 kW to 600 kW+, improves the products' slew rate and bandwidth by nearly two orders of magnitude.
