A new member of the multiple color sensors is the so-called integrated TIAM4 module. In addition to the spectral operating detector, it contains the entire sensor electronics on-chip. The photocurrents of the detector are converted into voltages and are available via S & H on a MUX on the output side as an analog voltage signal for digital conversion. The TIA-based amplifier is individually programmable in transimpedance over eight levels and is characterized by a very good linearity in the amplifier stages and by low noise.
MAZeT introduces a new MDDC 4-channel sensor signal amplifier for sensors with current output, which also converts small input currents quickly and across a high bandwidth and dynamic range and digitizes them on chip via a transimpedance amplifier.
With the principle of a multiple color sensor, MAZeT is pursuing a strategy that bridges the gap between the three-range sensors and spectral measurement devices for sensor applications. The new MMCS6 product family is based on the proven technologies of the compact and price-to-performance ratio-optimized semiconductor sensors with integrated interference filters. With the MMCS6, a color measurement with seven spectral characteristics in the range of 380 to 780 nm can be taken on the basis of spectral estimation.

MAZeT has announced a new 4-channel MDDC sensor signal amplifier for sensors with current input; the on chip solution is capable of digitising low levels of current input at high speeds with high bandwidths and dynamics. The MDDS is suitable for handling rapidly changing process parameters that sensors provide in applications such as inline measurement of colour, pressure etc. for realtime control of automated processes.

MAZeT has introduced multi-range spectral sensors that MAZeT uses as basis for developing and supplying application-specific sensor modules for its customers. The sensors can be adapted to the particular application both in regard to the number of spectral channels and the spectral transmission characteristics of each channel. The first sensor presented in this design has six spectral channels, whose filters from 400 nm to 700 nm overlap one another and are uniformly distributed over this range.
MAZeT GmbH offers the IP core certified by the originator for the EnDat master for implementation in FPGAs and ASICs. The serial communication interface for rotary and linear distance measuring systems was developed by MAZeT and maintained as product. In customized applications, it is often required to directly integrate this interface into the FPGA or ASIC.
MAZeT GmbH offers IP cores for the Interbus protocol (SUPI4 / Phoenix Contact) for implementation in FPGAs and ASICs. The protocol chip for serial communication interfaces in automation technology was developed and maintained by MAZeT. The SUPI4 protocol chip, presented by Phoenix Contact at SPS/IPC Drives 2008, is an implementation of the Interbus-IP core, which has enhanced functionality in comparison to the previous protocol ASIC SUPI3.

MAZeT's RGB and True Color sensors are semiconductor-based sensors with RGB or XYZ interference filters for fast, time-stable color detection and absolute color measurement according to the CIE1931 DIN5033 standard. When combined with white-light LEDs, these sensors can detect accuracies in the color space that are imperceptible to the human eye. The achieved accuracy strongly depends on the light source and the calibration of the sensors.
As part of its JENCOLOR range of function boards, MAZeT GmbH is introducing several new solutions and OEM systems for hand-held applications. The new MTCS-FB1 sensor hardware, based on MAZeT's True Colour sensors, provides non-contact colour measurement with system interfaces such as Bluetooth, USB, or RSxxx. The sensor system provides XYZ color values (DIN5033 / CIE1931 colour space). Once the measurements are calibrated to a repeat accuracy of <1%, the system provides absolute accuracies that are better than the human eye (Delta E <2).
MAZeT GmbH has introduced a new 8-channel transimpedance amplifier for sensors that output currents. Each channel has eight amplification stages that can be individually set between 200 kOhm and 25.6 MOhm. The lowest photo current is 20 nA at a signal frequency of 19 kHz. The MTI08 provides an MUX after the output, a power-down mode and operates at a voltage of 3...5 V. The amplifier provides excellent channel synchronicity, high linearity as soon as low noise and can be supplied as a die or in a compact SSOP20 for sensor arrays/rows.
MAZeT GmbH, has introduced highly temperature-stable and uniquely precise JENCOLOR True-Color color sensors. These quality features necessary for color controlling RGB-LEDs have been confirmed in comprehensive testing: deviations in light color and changes in color temperature under all operating conditions were found to be below levels perceivable by the human eye. MAZeT GmbH, the leading system vendor for industrial electronics presents a demonstrator & evaluation kit for testing an active RGB Power-LED colour regulator at the electronica 2006 trade fair in Munich. The testing system is based on the reliable JENCOLOUR True Colour Sensor MTCSiCS by MAZeT. This construction demonstrates an LED regulator that produces a readjustment of the LED combination colours. This can be carried out to a quality where no colour difference is noticeable to the human eye. The function on show can be used to compensate for temperature and ageing effects when using LEDs. Customers can evaluate their software algorithm for regulation and control. This is very significant for LED-based illumination systems with high colour consistency requirements.
MAZeT GmbH has introduced a multi-channel transimpedance amplifier - the MTI04CS/CQ. Earlier versions of the MTI signal amplifiers were mainly designed for the use with photo diodes in small array and row sensors, such as MAZeT color sensors. The new MTI04CS/CQ is designed to work with MAZeT's JENCOLOUR product family as well as a wide range of other applications.
