Even Greater Flexibility From HARTING's Expanded Han-Quick Lock Connector Range
HARTING has expanded the flexibility of its connector families fitted with Han-Quick Lock termination technology by offering connectors in two wire-gauge ranges. The two families of devices are distinguished by the different colouring of the Han-Quick Lock actuators. Han HC Individual is the new HARTING product family for universal contact arrangement options, allowing individually sealed 350 A contacts (to protection class IP 66) to be arranged in configurations with up to ten adjacent connections on one supporting rail. HARTING extend DIN 41612 Connector Flexibility with Fixing Elements for Full Metal Housings
HARTING has added a range of new fixing elements to extend the flexibility of the D20 full metal housings used with the company's DIN 41612 connector family. In developing the HARTING D20 full metal housing for DIN 41612 connectors, the company has concentrated on flexibility and handling convenience. For example, where components are installed in difficult-to-reach or confined spaces, internal hexagonal screws are used as fixing elements for the D20 housing to ensure that they can be screwed in easily. Even if the angle is less than 25°, a ball-head screwdriver can still be used.

Industrial connector module offers high-voltage transmission with minimum space requirement
A new high-voltage single module has been added to the HARTING Han-Modular industrial connector series, allowing the transmission of extremely high voltages with a minimum space requirement. The new Han HV single module incorporates TEFLON material to provide high-voltage insulation, allowing a Han 24 B connector, for example, to be designed with up to 12 power contacts rated at 16 A and 2500 V. The module can also be combined with signal and pneumatic modules.

HARTING posts significant increase in revenues – 16.5 % up on the previous year Site investment: €8 million for Espelkamp
The HARTING Technology Group posted revenues of €481 million in the last financial year. This signifies an increase in revenues of 16.5 % compared to the previous year (€413 million). "We set ambitious targets for the financial year and have exceeded our own expectations," as Dietmar Harting stated the press conference on the annual financial statements held on December 5, 2011 in Espelkamp.

HARTING's Han Modular(R) series connector inserts allow event installers to create high-density connectivity and cabling solutions with total signal-handling flexibility – including audio, video, communications, data and power - through different rugged IP 65/67 hoods and housings suitable for harsh handling conditions. Multiple contact style modules can be mixed to suit particular needs. Power interface connectors with crimp termination
HARTING has introduced new crimp termination versions of its Han(R) Q 2/0 family of high-voltage power interface connectors.
