Ethernet technology receives compliance approval in Japan

It has been announced that Marvell Technology Group’s 88Q2112 solution, the first IEEE 802.3bp 1000BASE-T1 compliant automotive PHY to deliver 1 Gigabit/s data rates, has completed the conformance tests outlined by Japan Automotive Software Platform and Architecture (JASPAR) and passed 100%.

Integration of Ethernet switch into NVIDIA DRIVE Pegasus Platform

Marvell has announced that its 88Q5050 secure automotive Ethernet switch is integrated into the NVIDIA DRIVE Pegasus platform for autonomous vehicles, making it the first commercially available solution with embedded security built into the core. Marvell’s secure switch can handle multi-gigabit applications for OEM car manufacturers to deliver an in-car network that supports sensor fusion, cameras, safety and diagnostics.

'World's fastest' 64-bit quad core printer SoC
