SBC suits IoT/M2M applications

Suitable for IoT/M2M applications, the CAPA881 SBC has been released by Axiomtek. The device features the latest 22nm 4th gen Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors with the Intel HM86 or Intel QM87 chipset (optional). Featuring Intel Turbo Boost Technology and Intel Hyper-Threading Technology, the SBC can complete more tasks in parallel and at faster speeds.

For gaming, machine vision and digital signage applications, the CAPA881 is offered with VGA, LVDS, dual HDMI and DisplayPort (optional). The device features four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 ports with +5V/+12V powered and two RS-232 ports), two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, 8-IN/OUT digital I/O and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports. For storage, the SBC provides one SATA-600 socket, one CFast socket and one PCIe Mini Card interface which supports mSATA. Together, the Intel Active Management Technology and QM87 chipset can reduce manageability cost and repair time.
