Atmel SAM9x5 ARM9 boards by RONETIX

SAM9x5-CM incorporates Atmel's ARM926-based microcontroller with external memory and optional Ethernet PHY Layer Transceiver. Ronetix offers 5 various CPU modules for Atmel Evaluation Board AT91SAM9x5 series, equipped with 5 different processors: SAM9G15, SAM9G25, SAM9G35, SAM9x25 and SAM9x35. All five modules are sharing an identical PCB and BGA217 foot-print.



Further SAM9x5-CM is equipped with 128MiB DDR2 SDRAM, 256 MiB NAND Flash and 4 MiB Atmel SPI Flash .The module configuration is stored in the DS2431 EEPROM. The EEPROM may be accessed by the system through the OneWire Bus.
