DFI introduce two new 7” low power fanless panel PCs

KS211/KS212 comes with a 4GB eMMC onboard and an SD/MMC slot for extending extra storage. It provides 1HDMI, 1 LAN port, 1 COM port, 1 USB OTG, 2 USB 2.0, and up to 12-bit GPIO for device controls.

One of the models (KS211) comes with 4 customizable function keys. The function keys can be programmed to perform actions according to your needs. Touch screen and function keys improve user interactions which make KS211 ideal for use in supermarkets and retail outlets.

The open frame Panel PC (KS212) allows easy integration into a customized enclosure. You can also design the front bezel according to your application requirements. As a result, KS212 features open frame design becomes a target of vertical markets such as ATM, maritime and Kiosk.

Communication is significantly important in lots of applications. To ensure efficient communication, it provides Mini PCIe slot (DFI Proprietary) supports USB interface for 3G module. It is also equipped with a SIM card slot making the system suitable for environments that require wireless applications.

The Panel PC comes with 9~30V DC (+/-10%) wide range power input. Users can benefit from the 2 mounting options: wall mount (VESA 75x75) and panel mount.

With the IP65-certified front panel protection, the panel is protected from ingress of dust and water. This allows easy cleansing of the panel especially in industries that place hygiene a top priority. This feature makes the Panel PC ideal for applications such as the chemical industry, food and beverage industry, marine, and medical applications.
