Implement a CAN connection in your circuits
Enabling simple implementation of a CAN connection in circuits, PEAK-System will introduce the PCAN-Chip USB stamp module at embedded world 2015 in Nuremberg. CAN FD channel communication is done via the module's USB 2.0 interface, while the actual physical CAN transmission used is determined by the transceiver to be implemented by the developer.
The stamp module measures 25x20mm and is suitable for automatic insertion due to the single-sided component placement and the half-whole edge contacts.
The PCAN-USB Chip Eval board with example circuits is available separately to provide an environment for testing purposes.
