In a range of models covering frequencies from 100KHz to 3.0GHz the new AHP series of solid state RF power amplifiers from AtlanTecRF delivers output power levels up to 400 watts cw in compact modules with coaxial connectors.

Geoff Burling, CEO of AtlanTecRF said, “Most models offer wide band performance over multiple octaves for a large variety of applications while others focus on specific applications within a particular market sector.”

“As examples, model AHP-10504-00 features a saturated output level of 200 watts cw with 53dB of gain over 100-500MHz for general purpose communications and test & measurement applications while model AHP-10506-00 delivers its 200 watts cw specifically in the FM band of 88-108MHz with 67dB of gain and a third order intercept of +57dBm.”

“Other models are designed for VHF and UHF communications, cellular radio, EMC testing, electronic countermeasures and a variety of test & measurement roles.” Geoff Burling concluded.

All these AtlanTecRF amplifiers feature very low spurious at -70dBc and 2.0:1 VSWR at 50 ohms impedance with environmental capability over -10+60 C temperature range and 95% relative humidity with rugged sealed housings and SMA, type N or BNC connectors.

Options include 19” rack mounting with internal power supplies, custom frequency ranges, extended operating temperature ranges, gain control and protection from input overload, thermal overload and reverse polarity.
