Solid state hybrid drives feature NAND flash memory
Equipped with the company's 19nm 2nd gen NAND flash memory, Toshiba Electronics Europe has announced a series of Solid State Hybrid Drives (SSHDs). The MQ02ABD100H provides a 1TB capacity in a 9.5mm high form factor, while the MQ02ABF050H offers a capacity of 500GB in a drive 9.5mm high.
Touch panel PC suits IoT-related operational control
Suitable for automation and factory applications, including production line monitoring, quality control, intelligent automation, IoT-related and manufacturing operational control, the P1157S-881 touch panel computer has been introduced by Axiomtek. The PC, which features a 15” XGA TFT LCD, is available with 4th gen Intel Core, Celeron or Pentium processors.
Next-gen DOCSIS platform to be demonstrated at International CES

To detect unauthorised sharing of digital content and help deter piracy, STMicroelectronics and Civolution have integrated the NexGuard forensic watermarking with the UltraHD-4K Cannes and Monaco SoCs.
