Based on the Intel Xeon Processor E5-2600 product family, the TRL-40 is a 4U server-grade industrial system from ADLINK Technology. Offering outstanding computing power with intelligent manageability by IPMI v2.0, and dedicated PCIe Gen 3 interfaces for up to three PCIe x16 VGA cards, the TRL-40 is suited for AOI, digital surveillance, video wall, and medical imaging applications.

Delivering a scalable high performance platform for a wide array of industrial applications, the TRL-40 provides increased performance with the latest Intel Xeon Processor E5-2600 v2 processors for peak workloads. Coupled with dual channel ECC Registered DDR3 1600MHz memory supporting up to 128GB in eight DIMM slots, the system significantly improves performance for applications that rely on floating point or vector computations.

A user-friendly web interface, implemented via an integrated web-server and web-based KVM, enables auto record video based from event trigger. In order to decrease maintenance costs through media redirection and out-of-band control power management, administrators can easily monitor the system remotely. Operating over a temperature range from 0 to +40°C, the TRL-40 industrial server grade system offers operating vibration tolerance up to 1Grm.

Reducing I/O latency by up to 30% and as much as doubling the bandwidth of previous generation products, the TRL-40 delivers dedicated PCIe Gen3 bandwidth for image data processing. Additionally, it is compatible with ADLINK’s off-the-shelf frame grabbers. This makes it suitable for high-end machine vision and video streaming solutions. The industrial server system also provides a hardware RAID solution for up to 4 SATAIII storage along with one mini PCIe form factor expansion slot to ensure storage utilisation and data security. The TRL-40 also features multiple I/O expansion, including four PCIex16 Gen3, one PCIex8 Gen3 and one PCIex4 Gen2.
