Two-part power elements are discounted in online shop
The PowerTwo Power Elements, designed for screw-type technologies on circuit boards, are now available in Würth Elektronik's Original Power Elements Online Shop. The two-part power elements are press-fitted rather than soldered and can, therefore, be used at high temperatures. With the elements, stable connection and mounting on the circuit board is enabled without any additional stress.
Depending on the pin arrangement of the power elements and the PCB layout, currents of up to 500A can be achieved. With just 100-200µΩ, the two-part elements also have a low contact resistance. The PowerTwo Power Elements, which are available in eight versions, are suitable for connecting fuses, IGBTs, circuit breakers and cables to a circuit board.
