Lane Electronics Unveil Subminiature SMA Connectors With Very Low VSWR

Lane Electronics has made available HUBER+SUHNER’s SMA subminiature connectors designed for microwave applications up to 18GHz. The connectors feature high mechanical strength, high durability, high reliability and low VSWR. These SMA connectors feature bodies and pin contacts made from a variety of metals depending on the application.
These include bodies in copper beryllium alloy, stainless steel, brass and spring bronze and pin contacts in copper beryllium alloy or brass. Corresponding socket contacts are copper beryllium or spring bronze while the crimp ferrules are copper brass. PTFE or PFA insulators and silicone rubber gaskets complete the construction.

Lane has extensive stocks of these SMA connectors in a wide variety of styles including straight and right angle plugs and jacks for semi-rigid and flexible cables as well as models for bulkhead and panel fitting. Receptacles, launchers, protective caps and shorts round out the range all of which is available on next day delivery.
