IP67 Industrial Circular Connectors From Lane Handle Up to 16A

Lane Electronics, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of electrical and electronic connector products, announces the Binder RD24 692/693 Series of circular power connectors designed for a variety of industrial applications. Lane Electronics is a franchised distributor for Binder in the United Kingdom.
These are four and seven pole screw locking connectors that provide protection to IP67 when mated and locked. The pins are silver-plated brass and the sockets are bronze. Customers can select from screw, crimp or solder terminations.



Field attachable and panel versions have plastic bodies made from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) while Polyurethane moulded versions are supplied on 2m PVC cable. They are available in standard (692 series) or UL (693 series) versions and can handle cable diameters from 6 to 12mm.



The four pole version is rated to 16A (12A for UL version) and the seven pole version 10A (8A). Maximum voltage for the four pole version is 400V (600V for UL) and 250V for both seven pole versions. Operating temperature range is up to 100ºC and users can expect a lifetime of more than 500 mating cycles.
