Harwin EZ–BoardWare products available from Aerco

A wide range of products are on offer including EZ–Shield Clips that are a fast and convenient method of securing a RFI shield can to a PCB. This avoids secondary soldering and allows for damage-free re-work and maintenance. They are available in three different sizes and save PCB space and reduce assembly and rework time by eliminating through–hole manufacturing processes.

Also available are RFI EZ–Shield Fingers that are ideal for automated placement and can be assembled to PCBs and used as grounding or shielding contacts. They are suitable for both wiping and sliding action.

EZ–Links are SMT jumper links used to link between tracks and bridging over other tracks and simplify board layout and may eliminate unnecessary through-holes and even a PCB layer while EZ–Test Points can be soldered to a circuit board at the same time as the rest of the components.

Designed to replace manually assembled plastic cable clips, SMT EZ–Cable Clips remove another operation from the production process and are capable of retaining cables up to 3mm. Completing the range, are EZ–Fuse Clips that make an easy connection with the fuse to an SMT circuit board and are designed to accept Mini Blade fuse tails or blade tabs.
