Ethernet via modular rectangular connectors

The requirements for transmitting data even in industrial environments are growing constantly. Consequently, cabling with shielded twisted-pair lines is gaining in acceptance. As a result, the interfaces must also be equipped with connectors compatible with this use. The RJ45 module consequently offers the possibility of transmitting Ethernet or even Industrial Ethernet with a very wide range of protocols.

The insulation displacement (ID) technology is easy to process, and so the connector can even be handled in the field.
