Connectors stand up to harsh environments
With the DEUTSCH DT Series TE Connectivity offers connectors for harsh environments. The connectors are designed specifically for cable to cable applications. Distributor Börsig offers the established DEUTSCH connectors of the DT Series from stock. The distributor will break packaging units and deliver the DT connectors extremely fast and without a minimum order value.
The stocked products are the 2 to 6 positions plug and receptacle housings and the mating contacts and wedgelocks. These connection solutions are complemented by appropriate keying plug and sealing plugs.
For the processing of contacts there are corresponding crimp hand tools, a Go/No-Go Gauge, as well as the according extraction tool available.
The thermoplastic housings of the DT Series offer a wide operating temperature range. Silicone seals provide a waterproof wire termination and connection. The field-proven connectors are reliable and rugged. Thus, the DEUTSCH DT Series is ideal for use in harsh environments.
The connectors feature an operating current of 13A and will operate across a temperature range from -55 °C to +125 °C. They offer IP67 protection.
