Cable connectors terminate 26-6AWG in one housing
Rated at 60A per contact, the PwrBlade+ cable connectors have been introduced by FCI. The connectors are capable of terminating the widest range of wires in one housing, 26-6AWG, and come in both cable-to-cable and cable-to-board solutions to meet a wide variety of customer needs.
The cable connectors are offered in either free hanging or slide to lock panel mount designs, which eliminate hardware to save on installation, material and labour costs. The PwrBlade+ cable connectors provide a flexible, low cost solution in applications such as telecomms switches, high-end servers and hot swappable power supplies.
Operating over a temperature range from -40 to +125°C, the available wire range is 10-6AWG for high power, 16-12AWG for low power and 26-22AWG for signal. This enables users to select the appropriate connector to meet their application needs.
