Rittal has launched a new service that will allow the specification of holes, cut-outs and engraving in their extensive range of enclosures. Based in a new facility at their UK headquarters in Rotherham the service will offer a 5 working day delivery on enclosures modified to users specification using a state-of-the art machining centre.
Working with customer specifications, Rittal can assist with design drawings which are then used to machine the individually customised holes for switches, LEDs or connectors. Legends and logos can also be printed on the front face, if required and standard panel finishes of clear anodising, or clear conductive alochrom for EMC panels, can be exchanged for coloured finishes, including paint or plastic film overlay. All Rittal front panels are fully RoHS compliant.
