Open rack mount enclosure range extended
Metal enclosures division METCASE, from OKW, has extended its bestselling COMBIMET range of aluminium 19” rack mount enclosures with the latest Version T open models. Version T is for networking, communications, laboratory and studio systems that require greater ventilation and ease of access to the electronics. The units are also more cost effective than fully enclosed models.
They have a vented base section and tapered sides to help improve ventilation. The rear panel can be punched for cable inlets or connectors and switches. Like all COMBIMET models, they feature the range’s distinctive and popular extruded front panel handles that make removing cases from racks and reinstalling them quick and easy.
Version T models are available in two sizes as standard, 2 and 3U (88x483x365 and 132.5x483x365mm), however other sizes can be custom manufactured upon request. All COMBIMET cases are supplied fully assembled and can be specified in Light Grey (RAL 7035) or Black (RAL 9005) as standard.
