The TE 7000 network enclosure from global-leading experts, Rittal, offers a masterclass in design flexibility and versatility for IT rack installations. Based on a self-supporting 19” frame, the IT 7000 is a robust enclosure that can installed from the front or back using the variable depths between the roof and bottom frame. Clearance between the front and rear mounting sections enables each position to be freely selected within specific and individual location points using a slot-securing system.

The chassis can be fitted with up to 400kg of slot-in components across both mounting levels. The entire interior installation will fit compactly inside the frame while the side panels and doors are easily mounted on the outside. The versatility of the modular technology extends also to the powerand fans, as well as from the locking technology to the extensive safety devices.

Add to that interior fittings with shelves, a securing frame and cable clamping system, socket strips and lights or the doors and side panels, and it means simpler handling, resulting in faster installation. The TE7000 is available in heights of 25U, 42U and 47U, widths of 600mm and 800mm, and depths of 600mm and 800mm. Rittal’s range of wall-mounted and floor-standing enclosures are suited to a wide variety of locations. Furthermore, installers can customise their purchase using software and/or a wide variety of cost-effective technology to maintain ideal environmental conditions and keep their equipment safe.
