Mobile cages offer secure, flexible storage options
Reducing handling time, providing convenience and offering security wherever work-in-progress or finished goods need storing, STAKRAK has announced its STAK-RED mobile storage cages with adjustable shelves. STAK-RED mobile security cages provide a secure, practical alternative to fixed storage areas which can be easily moved to suit flexible manufacturing situations.
Designed in response to customer needs, these robust yet mobile cages feature double-hinged, lockable doors which fold back 270° to provide easy access. They are fully fabricated from mild steel and are supplied with two adjustable shelves as standard, in either steel or plywood which can be adjusted in 100mm increments. Additional shelves are available if required.
They are available from stock in external sizes of 1800x1300x670mm, with alternative depths offered of 770mm and 870mm, providing a maximum storage capacity per bay of approximately 500kg with 100kg UDL per shelf. With a shelf size of 1300x870mm, these are the largest mobile storage cages on the market.
The cages are easy to steer with two fixed and two swivel castors as standard, however for optimum manoeuvrability they can be specified with all swivel castors. The cages are supplied in red as standard, with other colours available on request.
