In many technical applications in which cases are required for the fitting of electronics, not only the functionality but also a modern external appearance plays an important roll. To this end, Fischer Elektronik has extended the range of decorative cases in the individually designed Secco housing series.
The versatile universal tubular housings made from aluminium with integrated, guide slots allow the horizontal as well as the vertical fitting of non-standard components or circuit boards in 1.6 and 2.0 mm material thickness.

The shock proof plastic covers (UL 94 V-0) and the integrated slip resistant feet (UL 94 V-0) enable safe application as a bench-top case or a hand-held case. Protection Class IP67 is achievable due to the sealing gaskets moulded in to the plastic covers.

Up to now, the Secco Case Range has been available in two height variants, seven lengths (50, 80, 100, 120, 160, 200, 220 mm), and in three different surface finishes. The basic housing and the cover plates can be machined, surface treated and printed according to the customer’s wishes.

The Secco Design Case is supplied as an unassembled kit including covers and mounting material. Fischer Elektronik product specialists are available to you for enquiries or for further information.
