The PC-V1000L full tower chassis, which features a ventilated front to provide high airflow, has been introduced by Lian-Li. The brushed aluminium chassis also features a tool-less design, highlighting its versatility. Although the 74l chassis has a height of only 551mm, it provides full hardware support holding graphics cards, water cooling support and motherboards up to EATX.

Depending on the customer's requirements, the chassis' 9 HDD bays can be mounted or removed by the customer. While each bay allows for a 3.5” or 2.5” drive to be tool-lessly mounted, one 3.5” drive or two 2.5” drives can also be mounted behind the motherboard tray to provide more storage.

To cool components, three front 120mm fans pull cool air through the chassis and a rear 120mm exhaust fan pulls hot air out of it. For easy maintenance, the front fans are attached to a removable bracket that slides out. The bottom of the chassis features a removable bracket secured by a single thumbscrew, allowing for two additional 120mm fans or a 240 radiator to be installed. Two more 20mm/140mm fans or a 240/280mm radiator can be installed at the top of the chassis, which features a tool-lessly removable top panel.

The wheels of chassis, which enable easy moving of a fully loaded system, feature a locking mechanism at the rear to prevent the chassis from moving when set in place. Featuring an I/O panel at the front containing four USB 3.0 ports and HD audio connections, the PC-V1000L is priced at £219 and £239.
