AC fan tray combines small size with high airflow
The OA406, a high airflow AC fan tray which is available with six fan configurations, has been introduced by Orion Fans. The front exhaust unit combines a small size of only 1U, with high airflows of 160CFM, making it suitable for narrow depth cabinets found in security, audio and A/V applications.
For customers who require the capability of redundant power, the device is optionally available with a second power supply. The OA406 can be ordered with an additional universal 90-264VAC input external power supply, or used with a switching 12VDC rail. If power is lost in one of the supplies, the fan tray switches seamlessly.
The device features a bi-colour LED alarm indication, which glows green under normal operating conditions and changes to red under alarm conditions. Featuring a 16 Ga powder coated steel construction, the OA406 operates across a temperature range of -10 to +50°C. The RoHS-compliant fan tray is available now and priced from $199.00.
