24VDC IP68 device fans are reliable in harsh environments
Schukat has recently added compact 80x80x25mm Sunon IP68 equipment fans, operating on 24VDC, to its portfolio of cooling solutions. The fans of the GE/GF series differ in their speeds and air throughput, ranging from an air flow of 90m³/h with generated noise of 44.5dBA (model GE80252B3-AE9) up to the most powerful with an air flow of 101.9m³/h at 48dBA (model GE80252B1-AE9).
Designed with a special IP68-compliant seal and double ball bearings, these Sunon fans have been approved for all installations and are suitable for any application requiring high reliability under harsh environment. Backing this reliability is the standard auto-restart function, which lowers the voltage in the coils if the fan blades become blocked by some external object, and thus reliably protect against overheating.
The fan restarts independently once the fan blade can turn freely again. These GE/GF-series, IP68-compliant fans are now available direct from Schukat's warehouse.
