A low power fanless embedded system with a wide range operating temperature and rich I/O interfaces, the eBOX625-853-FL has been released by Axiomtek. The slim-type fanless box PC is powered by the latest Intel Celeron processor quad-core N3160 (formally codename: Braswell) with one DDR3L-1333/1600 SO-DIMM socket with up to 8GB memory.

The reliable Intel Celeron N3160-based embedded box computer supports Intel Virtualisation Technology (Intel VT-x) which maximises flexibility and enhances security and efficiency. The eBOX625-853-FL is ideal for IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), retail equipment, MMK (Multi Media Kiosk), industrial gateway, automation, and many more.

”The Axiomtek eBOX625-853-FL has an IP40-rated rugged aluminum extrusion and steel case. It is designed to withstand vibration up to 3G and wide operating temperature range from -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F). Furthermore, the rugged Intel Braswell SoC noiseless embedded system comes with remote power switch, allowing users to remotely reboot and control power on/off. The eBOX625-853-FL is really suitable for any IIoT application,” said Vincent Ji, Product Manager of Product PM Division at Axiomtek.

To fulfill different application needs, the extended temperature embedded system, eBOX625-853-FL, has a full-featured I/O connectivity including one RS-232/422/485 port, three RS-232 ports, three USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one audio, one VGA, and one HDMI with 4K ultra resolution. Moreover, the extremely compact embedded box PC comes with two PCI Express Mini Card slots for WLAN/WWAN/mSATA modules, one SIM card socket and three antenna openings to meet various wireless communication requirements. The storage interfaces include one 2.5” SATA HDD and one mSATA shared with PCI Express Mini Card slot. Additionally, it supports a user-friendly front-access AT/ATX switch, allowing user to make adjustments with a single click.

The slim-type quad-core Intel Celeron-based fanless embedded platform supports 100-240V AC power input with AC 36W power adapter. It runs well with the Windows Embedded Standard 7, Windows 10 and Linux. It also supports various mounting ways including VESA mount, wall mount and DIN-rail mount by optional requests.
