A 3.5” SBC and a COMe compact module, powered by the Intel Atom processor E3800 family and the Intel Celeron processor J1900 family, have been introduced by Avalue Technology. Based on the 22nm Silvermont microarchitecture, these processors are designed for intelligent systems and applications with low power consumption and high performance requirements.

The ECM-BYT2 SBC features one 204-pin DDR3L SODIMM socket supporting up to 8GB DDR3L 1066/1333 SDRAM capacity, one SATA II port, one USB 3.0 port, seven USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports, one 8-bit GPIO port and two mini-PCIe port. Alongside dual-channel 18/24-bit LVDS and dual display configurations, the device features an audio jack which supports Realtek ALC892, and two Realtek RTL8111E GigE controllers.

The ECM-BYT2 brings enhanced stereoscopic 3D capabilities, high-resolution graphics, data integrity, reliability and system uptime to meet intelligent systems requirements.

The ESM-BYT2 COMe compact module features one 204-pin DDR3L 1066MHz SODIMM supporting up to 4GB or 204-pin DDR3L 1333MHz SODIMM, seven USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, two SATA II ports, two UART ports, one 8-bit GPIO port, one SMBus port, one LPC port and one I2C port. Alongside dual-channel 18/24-bit LVDS and dual display configurations, the device features an Intel I211AT GigE controller and HD audio interface. The ESM-BYT2 operates from a 9-19V power input range, and a -40 to +85°C temperature range.
